1. Scope
This policy applies to kitchenware purchased through utilitybucketheavy.shop and delivered within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to this Return and Refund Policy, as well as our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.
2. Return Request Period
You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your items. All return requests must be approved by our customer service team before you ship the items back; returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
3. Return Conditions
Items must meet the following criteria:
Unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in brand-new, resalable condition;
Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, complimentary gifts, and accompanying documentation;
Accompanied by the order number and proof of purchase;
Not damaged due to misuse, human error, missing parts, or falling outside the eligible return period.
Given that kitchenware involves food contact, hygiene, and safety, the following items are generally not eligible for "no-reason" returns, unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective:
Items that cannot be returned for personal hygiene reasons.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the item(s), and a description of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund, and we will cover any associated shipping costs.
5. Return Process
Send an email to our support address with the subject line: "Return Request + [Order Number]";
Include your order number, the name of the item(s), the reason for the return, and photos of the item(s) (if applicable);
Our customer service team will verify your eligibility and provide the return address along with specific return instructions;
Please ship the items back within 30 days of receiving approval and provide the tracking number;
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For returns resulting from product quality issues, incorrect shipments, or damage, the return shipping costs will be covered by utilitybucketheavy.shop.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind, incorrect size, or accidental purchase), the return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
Whether the original shipping fee is refunded depends on the applicable shipping policy and local laws. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the refund amount may be adjusted based on actual shipping cost policies.
7. Refund Method and Timeline
Once a return has been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Processing typically takes [3–5] business days; the actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
If a returned item does not meet our return criteria—such as missing accessories, or evidence of significant use or damage—we may decline the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
8. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please first submit a request following our return process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if an exchange is not possible, you may opt for a refund. For exchanges initiated due to personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it must be handled according to our return process. Please note that customized items, pre-sale products, or orders already in the delivery process may not be eligible for cancellation.
